Product Review: Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner! Drawing simple winged cat-eye is one of women’s biggest dilemmas. No kidding! If you are not a pro, you can spend a whole hour trying to even your cat-eye look. Well, I have been one of those women until I watched a massive share of tutorials, had my share of trials and errors, and most importantly tested a whole array of beauty products in all shapes, forms and brands. Recently, I’ve been introduced to the Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner.

I was looking for an affordable liquid jet-black eyeliner and the salesgirl ushered me to what she claimed to be a “wowzer”. For a start, the Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner comes in a double-ended shape with a liner brush on one end and an eraser on the other end.

When you use the Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner for the first time, you will be impressed by the glossy blackness and the handy eraser. However, you might be struck by the gloopiness and thickness of the liquid. You will have to brush off the liquid and drain it a little bit for a sleek line.

But, if you are not such a pro and have had a frizzy line on your lids, you can easily fix it by using the eraser and define the line in whichever way you want.

The Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner is not made for beginners, yet for makeup-savvy women who can either master a cat-eye from one single shot or have plenty of time to fix what may go wrong.

Another downside to this eyeliner is the eraser which doesn’t seem to work with any products of other brands.

All in all, the Bourjois Erasable Eyeliner is of a non-distinctive quality given its price (139 LE). Apart from its nice glossy black shade, it certainly cannot be considered as a “wowzer”!

Other than that, we’d love to know your favorite eyeliner. Let us know in the comment section or tweet us @Sans_Retouches!
